Improving Housing Subsidy Systems
Many countries have distorting, regressive, and unnecessarily costly housing subsidy programs that have a negative impact on the healthy development of housing finance markets. The World Bank commissioned the IHFP to prepare guidelines for the analysis and design of finance-related subsidy programs.
