The IHFP develops educational modules and comprehensive books of reading on housing markets and policy, and housing finance. Some examples:

• Book of Readings in Housing Finance. A new version is produced annually for the Housing Finance Course.
• Reader on Mortgage Securitization
• Housing Markets, Privatization and Housing Finance for the Newly Independent States. Training manual, in both English and Russian. A Glossary of Housing Finance Terms is included in Russian.
